WHAT IS BOOT CAMP?

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program that may be conducted by gyms, personal trainers or other organizations. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of types of exercise. 

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

The benefits of boot-camp fitness include increased strength, muscle definition, endurance.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR + BRING TO CLASS?

We recommend wearing active attire, such as workout or yoga pants, a tank top and workout appropriate shoes.  Be sure to bring water to ensure you stay hydrated.
