WHAT IS INDOOR CYCLING?

Often called spinning, it is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.  It involves using a special stationary bike while offering a fun atmosphere with lights and music in a classroom setting.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

The top answer is burning calories!  While spinning in one 45-55 min session, you can burn up to 450-650 calories.  Spinning is also great for increasing your endurance, cardio health, mental stress, building lean muscle mass and definition. 
Then, lets not forget the community built through class support along with the lights and music that make you forget your are even working out.  Its not just a work out, its an experience.

WHAT DO I NEED TO WEAR + BRING TO CLASS?

We recommend wearing comfortable active attire (such as workout or yoga pants), a tank top and sneakers.  Bring a water bottle to ensure you stay hydrated. Workout gloves and cycling shoes are optional.
