WHAT IS A REGISTERED DIETITIAN NUTRITIONIST?
A food and nutrition expert who has met many academic and professional requirements including: earned a Bachelor's Degree with approved coursework, completed 1200+ hours of an accredited and supervised practice program, passed a board certified national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and completes continuing professional educational requirements on a regular basis to maintain registration.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
Please bring a copy of your most recent lab work with you. We also recommend that you start keeping a food journal a week prior to your appointment and bring it with you. Also, bring a list of all medications and supplements you are currently taking. Finally, bring a list of your own personal goals to discuss with your dietitian.
